We always want to use platforms with API. For our clinic operation, we use Elation EHR at Endocrine & Diabetes Plus Clinic of Houston (https://endocrine.plus). Elation has an excellent API that enabled many streamlined functions in our clinic operations. We also use Google Calendar, Calendly, Google Sheets, Stripe, Square, Phone.com, and Zoho books.
Zapier provides many of API integrations between platforms but their offerings sometimes are limited.

Text messages according to appointment schedules.
We have a system to read completed appointments and sent an invitation message to Google review.
We have added sending out messages >1 week prior to the appointment as a reminder to do lab tests. The message is intended for those with chronic disorders and regular lab tests. Now, the message is sent out to everybody, though. We do not have a good system to generate targeted messages yet.

I can now get eligibility information for Molina Marketplace from the claim.md API. Molina Marketplace has been added to the "Automated Eligibility Summary".
The available eligibility information for Community Healthchoice Marketplace from claim.md is still not sufficient.
